Got up this morning to see that Windows 10 had installed itself on my PC (which is a laptop) whether I want it or not~ Then~ I hurt from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet, wondered WHAT has happened to me since yesterday!! The weather is the answer... after so many years thinking older folks were slightly nuts complaining about hurting worse during bad weather~ HERE I AM!! I think it is arthritis? that is noted the most? If that is true, I for sure have arthritis in my back, two places, in right shoulder and arm... and my knees just feel like they are going along for the ride... not as bad as back... All those years picking folks up on ambulance runs, all of those years of CPR in the floor, all those years of being all I could be, whether I was or not, LOL! It ok... just part of the grand plan. We get old, we get slow~ we hurt in bad weather~
Have had meals as I should... water in progress... watched the video... reading the literature... all but ExErCiSe.... and that will for sure have to wait until I CAN!!

Getting ready~ ready to try again....again....again....and again! Can I get it right this time? Is it amusing to anyone but me that my entire kitchen can be categorized according to the plan I was hanging tightly to at the time? I may have been juicing vegetables~ I may have been chopping fruit~ I may have been making specialized best health ever shakes~ I may have been drinking a half ounce a day of wonder juice~
So... THIS time... it is Medifast. Will I be laughing at it in a month? No idea~ just can't quit trying, no matter what I'm doing. I AM familiar, as I did it in 1988... ya, that long ago~ back when it was shakes only! Now it is still 5 separate "meal replacements" that they provide~ (for a fee) ... each are 110 calories each~ then we prepare our own "lean and green" for one meal, total of 6 "meals" a day, 100 oz of water~ (for us pigs). It sure can't HURT.... I just want, want, want to feel better. Right now I am SO short of breath, even the short few step walk from bed to bath~ hassling~ that much exertion makes me breathless~ how sad :(
The lean and green is an approved protein, 6 ounces~ and 1.5 cups of approved veggies~ 2 T of fat~
I have pics, and will post as soon as I learn how to get from cell to PC...

As I sit typing, I would like to be munching on anything... Habitual? Obsessive? Compulsive?
Yes, yes, yes and very..yes~ My choices are... try or not try, and I choose to try~ again
To begin at the beginning~ again~ once again~ but different, I paste awesome words to read daily~

Prayer is a key. Pray to know what to stop doing and what to start doing. Pray to know what to add to your environment and what to remove so the Spirit can be with you in abundance.
Plead with the Lord for the gift of discernment. Then live and work to be worthy to receive that gift so that when confusing events arise in the world, you will know exactly what is true and what is not.
Serve with love. Loving service to those who have lost their way or who are wounded in spirit opens your heart to personal revelation.
Spend more time—much more time—in places where the Spirit is present. That means more time with friends who are seeking to have the Spirit with them. Spend more time on your knees in prayer, more time in the scriptures, more time in family history work, more time in the temple. I promise you that as you consistently give the Lord a generous portion of your time, He will multiply the remainder.
